DESCRIPTION
For a natural blotted look, apply to the back of the hand and use finger to lightly dab color on the lip, focusing color intensity in the center of the lip and blending out to the edges. For a defined, highimpact look use the pointed edge of the applicator to line the edges of the lips, then use the flat side to fill in for a bold lip look.
