Use mild neutral detergent. Please do not use lemon or Acidic Detergent. Never use strong alkaline or strong oxidising chemicals to wash them such as baking soda, bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite. Please don't put the flatware into the salt, soy sauce, vinegar, soup, etc. for a long time. Immediately wash them with warm water, wipe it and keep dry to assure durability. Please do not use steel wire or hard material to clean this product. Your flatware is easy to maintain and dishwasher safe. We recommend the following tips for washing in the dishwasher: Promptly rinse to remove salt and food before loading your flatware after use. Loosely load in the dishwasher so that water circulates freely, with fork and spoon handles pointing down and knife handles pointing up. Avoid contact with other metal objects. Immediately remove after the cycle is complete and hand dry any residual water before storing. Do not leave flatware in a damp dishwasher overnight. Never leave flatware soaking in water for long periods. Although dishwasher safe, after extended dishwasher use, continual contact between pieces could degrade the coating of the product, Daniel van Dijck is not liable for any (financial) damage of the product (including to the cost of any replacement purchase). Hand washing is the most ideal method for preserving the beauty of your silver and coloured flatware.
