DESCRIPTION
An unpublished design from the Fornasetti archives recalls the encounter between the Sun and the Moon, representing an archetypal game of contrasts: day and night, light and dark, masculine and feminine. The convex glass surface adds a magical touch to the clock, which is handdecorated in the Milanese Atelier. The structure is made of brass and the wall clock can be mounted on the wall with an elegant, functional upper ring. The movement of the hands is silent and continuous. Every Fornasetti wall clock is a unique piece, and any minor discrepancies between similar pieces are the result of artisan craftsmanship.
