DESCRIPTION
Using both hands, apply gentle pressure movements, massage skin upward from the middle of the chin along the outline of the face, then under the cheekbone to the bottom of the ear. Continue with long gliding movement under the eyes to the temple. Finish with same gentle pressure movement on the forehead. Try to execute at least 6 movements per line on both sides of the face. Part 2: Reshape your face features by using your middle finger. Start moving from the jawline through the naso labial line upward. Then continue to apply firm pressure upward and outward to the temples. Repeat 3 times.
