DESCRIPTION
To apply dry: Pick up your chosen shade with an eye shadow brush. Tap off excess color on the back of the hand before applying to the eyelid. To apply wet: Pick up your chosen shade with a lightly dampened eye shadow brush. Keep the brush flat and draw it across the pan 23 times to pick up the color. Disperse pigments evenly within bristles using the back of the hand before applying to eyelid. ProTips For Eye Shadow, the darker the color the smaller the brush. Light shades can be quickly applied and blended with a larger brush like All Over Eye Color Brush. Mediumsized brushes like Eye Crease brush and Finishing Pony Tail Brush work well with mediumtoned shades. Deeper shades are used in smaller areas to create definition, a brush like Smudge Brush works best.
