DESCRIPTION
Crafted of chromeplated brass, steel, and glass Poul Henningsen designed the threeshade system during 1925/1926. The fixture is designed based on the principle of a reflective threeshade system, which directs the majority of the light downwards. The shades are made of handblown opal threelayer glass, which is glossy on top and sandblasted matte on the underside, giving a soft and diffused light distribution.
