Do not place in dishwasher or microwave. Avoid extended contact with water, salty, or acidic foods; coat lightly with vegetable oil or spray to easily avoid staining. Warm to 350 degrees for hot foods. Freeze or chill for summer entertaining. Cutting directly on the metal surface will scratch the finish.
