DESCRIPTION
1. Build a base of color for shimmer shades to pop against by blending a matte like Unwritten, Haze, or Follow Me all over the lid and through the bridge with the #22 Blending Brush. 2. Create a foiled effect by layering two shimmers. Press each shade onto the lid with fingertips for maximum color payoff. 3. For a playful, monochromatic look in orchid tones, apply Haze all over the lid, press Feeling It onto the center of lid with fingertips, and lightly define the bridge with Follow Me.
