DESCRIPTION
Can be worn alone or layered over eye shadow. Apply directly to the eyelid using the applicator. Blend color using finger or brush until desired effect is achieved. For more intensity, smooth and blend additional color in layers. Use the applicator tip and apply to the lashline for the perfect eyeliner look.
