DESCRIPTION
Lightly contour and shape the eye by blending matte shades through the crease and along the lower lashline. Elongate the eye and define the lashline by applying Plum Nocturne with a damp angled brush. Highlight the eye by blending shimmers onto the brow bone, eyelid and inner corner. For stronger payoff, use a fingertip or damp brush to apply shimmer shades, then diffuse edges with a blending brush. Layer glittering shades over the IntensifEYES™ Artistry Wand for increased wear and opacity. Use wet or dry.
