Based on the naïve geometric forms used by the Turkish nomads of Oushak since the 15th century. A beautiful rug that's simple yet elegant, with a fine leafy border surrounding timeless symmetrical motifs. Perfect for complementing traditional and transitional interiors in light blue, brown, and gold tones. Individually handknotted in India using silkysoft wool yarns. Pile height is 0.25" Handknotted, vegetabledyed wool rug. A special heirloom wash produces the subtle color variations that give Oushak rugs their distinctive antique look; therefore, each will differ slightly from the one shown here. Size is approximate.
