DESCRIPTION
Place the loose powder refill cartridge in the center of the surratt diaphanous loose powder compact and click it into place. Gently and slowly unpeel the refill seal. Press the puff into the mesh screen, then lightly sweep translucent powder over the entire face to perfect skin and set makeup.
