DESCRIPTION
Allbutter pound cake lightly seeped with rum layered with pina colada mousse smothered with sweetened pineapple filling. Frosted with creamcheese icing and adorned with a dollop of pineapple at the top and toasted coconut flakes around the bottom. Ships frozen. Thaw in refrigerator for 1012 hours or at room temperature for 34 hours and serve. 7"Dia. cake weighs 48 ounces. Serves 1014.
