Limited Edition Rosso Valentino High Pigment Refillable Lipstick, Underdressed Velvet

Designed with the signature Vshape, the Rosso Valentino Lipstick Bullet is the perfect tool to define lips with couturelike precision. To create a rosebud effect, apply color to only the center of lips, top and bottom. Use a fingertip to gently blend the lipstick color outward toward the edges, keeping the intensity in the center. For a precise lip look, use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace the upper lip, starting at the Cupid's bow and moving outward toward the corners before filling in the entire lip with color. After creating a signature matte or satin lip look, apply Dreamdust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter (sold separately) with a fingertip to the lips, pressing on top of the Rosso Valentino Lipstick.
