Blend out using the Eye Shadow I Brush or fingers for a smokey eye effect. Trace your pencil along the upper lashes and waterline to create natural, everyday definition, or smudge a thicker rim along the upper lids to make a statement. To avoid transfer, apply pencil right into the lashes on the upper lid. You can even dust the eyelids and brow bone with a touch of translucent pressed powder to really lock it in place.
