Our Sugo Pomodoro tomato sauce has the depth of taste and subtlety one would expect to experience in a fine restaurant in Italy. Each jar is sufficient for 1 pound of pasta when served in the Italian style of coating the past not drowning it in sauce. Two cuts of AllDurham wheat Italian pasta, fashioned on brass dies (this gives the pasta a "rougher" surfacetexture for better sauce adhesion).
