Cajunstyle fried turkey. Flavored with Cajun seasonings and zesty Cajun Geaux Juice, then marinated overnight, and finally deep fried in peanut oil to lock in flavor. Each order include a pouch of zesty Cajun Geaux Juice. Ships fully cooked and frozen. Thaw in refrigerator; remove from refrigerator and let stand for 2 hours before warming. Bake in preheated 300degree oven for 6065 minutes for whole turkey, 4050 minutes for turkey breast. Remove from oven and let stand for 1015 minutes before slicing. 10 to 12lb. whole turkey serves 1215; approximately 68 ounces per serving.
