The coldpressed rapeseed oil produces luxuriously smooth and creamy mayonnaise, which is expertly infused with black truffle oil and black truffle pieces. Use straight from the jar just like you would with a regular mayonnaise. It's recommended using it to add a touch of luxury to your chips, or simply spread it on your favorite sandwich. If you're feeling adventurous, try using it as a base for marie rose tartar, Thousand Island dressing or rémoulade sauces.
